Finally We’ve Seen The Prototype Of Tesla Model S Electric

By kenny on January 14, 2012 in New e cars

As for today Tesla Motors is completely focused on bringing Model S Electric Sports Sedan to market. In 2011 the company showed the model’s prototype.
Over the last years the body shell has been powered by engineers from other countries, like Akio Toyota and Toyota Motor Co. Last month, the brand managed to release prices and specifications for 3 various versions of the Model S.
The 1st version is the least expensive and it costs $57 400, including the range up to 160 miles. Model S Performance is the priciest variation at $87 400. The 3rd version of the same model can cross $ 100 000, if only it has added options.
What are those options? They are numerous, but the primer one includes the set of aerodynamic wheels (19-inch ones). Tesla states that this extra option can possibly add 20 additional miles to the version. The completed version followed the body-in white that the company showed last year in Detroit.
The brand is going to deliver Model S Series cars to the customers this summer. The final term is the 21 of September. That is about 10 months away and this very fact keeps the eyes of the whole world on the brand’s plant to see whether it produces the promised cars.
