2012 Nissan Juke: An Unusual Beast That Is Either To Love Or To Hate
By kenny on January 09, 2012 in Nissan e-cars

New Nissan Juke is not a usual crossover with stylish exterior and cool technological innovations inside. This crossover’s highest EPA rating comes from its front-wheel drive with CVT-27 m pg city and 32 m pg highway.
The style of Nissan Juke can be called alien. Some drivers do not like its bug-eyed front end, but the vehicle hangs together pretty well. Despite the upright stance Juke steers rather swiftly and grips any road tightly thanks to 1.6 liter 4 cylinder engine and 188 horsepower.
This model is ordered either with a 6 speed gearbox or CVT that comes only with paddle shifters. These shifters let any driver simulate model’s downshifts for greater performance.
The cabin itself is very sophisticated and goes beyond standard designs. The setting positions are high, so no one feels low to the ground or vulnerable. Nissan Juke keeps the navigation system quite affordable. Honda Fit, Ford Fiesta, Toyota Yaris and Chevrolet Sonic are regarded as the only real competitors of Juke.
The model’s I-CON system of control remaps throttle and its transmission in order to emphasize performance and fuel economy. Besides, it changes colors and labels of secondary control to operating information.
